This is a list of known issues or questions people have had and the steps taken to resolve them.

Do you sell porn?	No. Nothing we sell shows penetration or intercourse. The most NSFW sexual content you will find is kissing, humping, nudity and breast mauling.
My files wont finish downloading.	Our files are stored at Dropbox. If you have a newer machine and software, you should not have issues downloading, however, browsers are known to stop downloads over 2gb. If this happens, please visit https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ to download their FREE downloading software that will resume a broken download and guarantee you get your files in their entirety.
My video/animation won’t play.	Make sure you downloaded the entire file and then once you did that, download the VLC media player that should play any and all media from this site. You can download it at https://www.videolan.org/
My ZIP file give me an error when I try to extract the contents of my download.	Make SURE you have downloaded the ENTIRE file. 9 times out of 10, this is the main issue. Many times on a large file over over 2gb, older web browsers will cancel the download and leave only the portion you actually received on the computer. Check the file size on the product listing to see what size you SHOULD be getting. If it still persists, try a different browser or computer or even a file downloading program that can resume a broken download.
I didn’t get what I was hoping for with content.	This is why contacting us FIRST is important. We will give you all the info you need about a product to make sure you will be happy when you get it. Each product has a description as well as image samples to show a glimpse into your purchase. Remember, we do NOT give refunds if you’re not happy with the product! We WILL however give a store credit ONE TIME if your computer hardware problem just can’t be fixed.
Why are the prices so high on your items?	First and foremost, we sell the highest quality AI fighting content on the internet. NO other vendor is offering the products you see here with the creativity involved. They are ALL truly one of a kind. Also, we literally have spent thousands of dollars creating, editing and advertising what you see here. We have taken countless hours either doing commissions or working on ideas for sale. We use numerous AI websites that not only have a monthly cost but we also buy extra tokens/credits each month to make more animations then what is originally offered. As of April 2026, we ONLY use Seedance 2 for 95% of our animated clips. Most sites only allow 10-20 animations a month but we usually make 30-50 This is to give people a large collection of high quality animations inside of each item making it the best experience possible with their investment. Otherwise, we would only have 1/10 of the content we have if we were to only use the monthly allotment given by each vendor.
